Hi everybody .Hope you like my new blog .  I will be posting  of course comments about real estate in Windsor-Essex and also about happenings here generally especially with regard to the economic situation which is now improving with the resurgence of the auto industry. Another matter which I will be following is the municipal election campaign leading up to polling day on Monday October 25th

The election will be  especially interesting this year with the change from five wards with two councillors each to ten wards with one councillor and also with the mayoralty race especially since the current mayor previously stated that he would only serve two terms but is now being coy as to whether or not he will seek a third term  Stay tuned!
